SummerApps provides Shopify apps (including Summer Upsell and its widgets), the summer-apps.com website, product documentation and related customer support. Features may change over time as the apps evolve.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and agree to use SummerApps's services responsibly and lawfully.
4. Billing and Payments
Paid plans are billed through Shopify Billing according to the plan you select inside the app. Charges, trials and cancellations follow Shopify's billing terms; uninstalling the app ends the subscription.
5. Limitation of Liability
SummerApps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
6. Modifications to Terms
SummerApps reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
