Trial, refunds & cancellation

7-day free trial

Your first paid subscription starts with a 7-day trial. You're not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time during it without being billed. The trial is offered once per store.

Downgrading

Move to a smaller plan from the Pricing page in the app. The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep what you paid for. Existing campaigns continue running; AI-sourced campaigns fall back to the source your new plan supports (see Plan-aware downgrade).

Cancellation

• Click Cancel subscription and move to Free plan on the Pricing page, or uninstall the app from Settings → Apps and sales channels.
• Your campaigns and analytics are kept; the store simply returns to the Free plan.

30-day money-back guarantee

If a paid plan isn't meeting your needs, click Request full refund on the Pricing page within 30 days of your first paid charge. The subscription is cancelled, the store moves to Free, and the refund is issued through Shopify's billing within 1–2 business days — no questions asked. The guarantee can be used once per store. Outside that window, cancelling stops future charges but there is no pro-rated refund.
