Trial & cancellation

7-day free trial

Every paid plan starts with a 7-day trial. You're not charged until the trial ends, and you can downgrade or cancel any time during the trial without being billed.

Downgrading

Move to a smaller plan from Settings → Pricing in the app. The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period to avoid double-charging — Shopify pro-rates automatically. Existing campaigns continue running; AI-sourced campaigns gracefully downgrade their recommendation source (see Plan-aware downgrade).

Cancellation

• Uninstall the app from Settings → Apps and sales channels, or click Cancel subscription from the in-app pricing page.
• Your campaigns, analytics, and discount records are retained for 90 days in case you reinstall — after that, they're permanently deleted.

Refunds

Shopify is the merchant of record for app subscriptions. The pricing page advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee. For refund requests, contact our support team and we'll request the refund through Shopify on your behalf.
