Analytics & metrics

Every campaign tracks three core metrics, plus derived ones, to help you decide what's working.

Core metrics

MetricDefinition
ImpressionsNumber of times the widget rendered on a storefront page.
ConversionsOrders that included an item added through the widget.
RevenueTotal revenue from items added through the widget (post-discount).

Derived metrics

  • Conversion rate = conversions / impressions.
  • Revenue per impression — quick proxy for the impact of the campaign.
  • AOV lift — average order value with vs. without the widget firing.

Detailed analytics (paid plans)

Starter and above unlock breakdowns by date range, device, and source. The Pro plan adds non-performing insights — campaigns flagged for auto-rotation when conversion is below threshold.

Order webhook

Conversion data is recorded via the orders/paid webhook for accuracy. We don't rely on browser pixels alone.
