Does Summer Upsell slow down my store?
No measurable impact. The app embed is one async script tag. Widget rendering happens after the main page paints, and campaign data is cached at the edge.
Will it work with my theme?
Summer Upsell is compatible with any Online Store 2.0 theme — Dawn, Sense, Crave, Studio, Refresh, and the vast majority of third-party 2.0 themes. Vintage (1.0) themes are not supported.
Do upsell discounts conflict with my existing Shopify discounts?
You can configure compatibility in the discount settings. By default, Summer Upsell discounts combine with product discounts and stack with order-level promotions if the merchant allows.
Can I run multiple campaigns at once?
Yes — across different widget types. Within the same widget type, only one campaign renders per page. Use specific triggers to segment.
Is there a Shopify Plus version?
Summer Upsell works on all plans. For Shopify Plus stores, post-purchase upsells can use Custom mode (Checkout Extensibility) for tighter checkout integration.
How does multi-language support work?
The widget reads the active Shopify locale at render time and looks up your per-locale title/button overrides. Anything not translated falls back to the campaign default.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — there's no contract. Cancel from the in-app pricing page or by uninstalling. Pro-rated refunds are processed through Shopify.
Where is my data stored?
Campaign settings, analytics, and session data are stored in our app database. We don't store customer PII or order line items beyond what's needed to attribute conversions to a campaign.
