Trial & cancellation

7-day free trial

Every paid plan starts with a 7-day trial. You're not charged until the trial ends and you can downgrade or cancel any time during the trial without being billed.

Downgrading

Move to a smaller plan from Settings → Pricing in the app. The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period to avoid double-charging — Shopify pro-rates automatically.

Cancellation

• Uninstall the app from Settings → Apps and sales channels, or click Cancel subscription from the in-app pricing page.
• Your campaigns, analytics, and discount records are retained for 90 days in case you reinstall — after that, they're permanently deleted.

Refunds

Shopify is the merchant of record for app subscriptions. For refund requests, contact our support team and we'll request the refund through Shopify on your behalf.
