Theme app blocks

Summer Upsell ships eight theme app extension blocks. The app embed must be enabled for any block to render.

Blocks are added through Online Store → Themes → Customize → Add block. They have no settings of their own — campaign configuration lives in the app admin and is fetched at render time.
