Webhooks

Summer Upsell subscribes to a small set of app-level webhooks. They run server-side; merchants don't need to configure anything.

Topic	What we do
orders/paid	Record conversions, attribute revenue to the originating campaign, and check whether an auto-upgrade is needed.
app/uninstalled	Clean up sessions, cancel any pending billing URLs, and schedule data retention.
app/scopes_update	Refresh permissions if scopes change between releases.
